CE marked materials are used which include alloys, porcelain and non-inclusive sundry materials.

Labour

Production line techniques are employed to reduce costs.  Technicians, apprentices and semi-skilled workers complete stages of crown production. Basic skill levels are required as crowns are simply made. Fit is adequate to the naked eye. The occlusion is clear of the opposing dentition where possible. Contact with adjacent teeth is established. Porcelain build techniques are basic as the porcelain applicator works within time restraints.
